The Mission of the Diocese of Spokane

Mission Statement:

To encounter, live, and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Eastern Washington.

Encounter

To have a real and on going encounter with the person of Jesus Christ, putting Him at the center of our lives.

To live and grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ by devoting ourselves to the Apostles’ teaching to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
