SINSINAWA, Wis.—Sister Patricia Ann “Pam” Miller, OP, died April 25, 2019, at St. Dominic Villa, Hazel Green, Wis. Her religious name was Sister Marie Job. The funeral Mass was held at the Dominican motherhouse, Sinsinawa, May 5, followed by burial in the Motherhouse Cemetery.
Sister Pam made her first religious profession as a Sinsinawa Dominican Aug. 5, 1967, and her perpetual profession Nov. 26, 1970. She taught for 14 years in high schools and served as pastoral minister for 11 years and in congregation leadership for 6 years. Sister Pam was an instructor in higher education for 18 years. She served in Minnesota, Illinois, Montana, Alaska, Washington and Oregon.

Sister Pam was born Dec. 27, 1940, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Luman and Mary Jane (Phelan) Miller. Her parents preceded her in death. She is survived by a sister, Cathy Colver; two brothers, James Miller and Thomas Miller; nieces; nephews; and her Dominican Sisters with whom she shared 51 years of religious life.
